Walls in room were splattered with soda. Check in and out rude staff. Charged 100 in case of room Damages. I took pictures of the damaged chair, coving on the wall the two broken bed frames. And the bathroom. Door handle that stuck out of the wall. Five days to return deposit. I will be contacting. The corporate chain offices.

The rooms were in poor condition where I had to switch three times. One room had a broken lock and loose screws, hair on the pillows and soiled sheets; another room had roaches. Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate of my concerns.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They truly made me feel welcomed, and I appreciate their hard work. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of my room. Unfortunately, there was a serious roach problem, which made my stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. This is something that really needs immediate attention. I strongly recommend that management invest in proper extermination and preventive measures before this becomes a bigger issue. The hotel has great potential because of its staff, but the pest problem needs to be addressed for guests to feel safe and comfortable staying here.

A couple bugs on the floor. Walls and door with dirt and stains on them that easily could have been wiped clean. Some phantom 68 dollar charge was put on my card in addition to the security deposit 100. Good thing I checked my online banking to catch it. The staff was apologetic and the charge was reversed the next day but the front desk couldn’t really explain the charge. Seemed a bit shady. We checked in at midnight and thank god we were tired and just crashed. It isn’t that nice of a place if you are at all picky or easily grossed out. Positives: 100 bucks total was pretty cheap. Breakfast was more than ample for a place like this. Royal Farms 100 feet away was really nice Easy quick access to 95 to get you on your way home the next morning.

I booked 2 rooms. Room on 3rd floor we killed 3 roaches. The ac unit was a disaster and the carpets had terrible odor. Room on 5th floor same concern for carpet the sheets were stained tv didnt work the bed sheets had cigarette burns..
