Great property for Inner Harbor, aquarium, Little Italy experience. Wish they mentioned the room service but partially my fault for not checking about it and we came in late. They have late check in till 2am and that was important because our flight came in at 10pm at BWI. We just uber there and we’re able to check in around 11pm. Nice breakfast included and cheaper than the Homewood Suites. Coffee tasted good! The city felt safe and relatively clean but many homeless. I was impressed with the property as they treated the homeless with dignity.

I loved the staff at the hotel, they were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, they are fighting with one hand tied behind their backs because the condition of the property is poor. Our first room was very cold. Staff were unable to get the thermostat to work, so they moved us to another room. The room we had for that night was great, but it was booked for the remainder of our stay so we had to move to a third room the following day. The third room was also cold but had a functioning thermostat. Despite the working thermostat, the room still wouldn't warm up and hotel staff were unable to fix it so they gave us extra blankets and a space heater. You could tell they're used to dealing with problems on the property. The two elevators also need some attention. They were a constant source of eye rolls and conversation among guests because they sound and feel like they are on their last leg. As far as pros for the property go, as I mentioned before, I loved the staff. The The continental breakfast was good. And I'd say the location is good. The actual block the hotel is on is a bit suspect, and there are a few gentlemen's clubs right behind it. But it's located a couple of blocks from a lot of restaurants and shops at Inner Harbor, so that was convenient. Overall, this wouldn't be my choice the next time we go to Baltimore, but if it were the only thing available I would be fine booking it.

My stay was pretty good. The only major problem I had was there were blood stains on the carpet in the bedroom and the bathroom. Very concerning. I don’t think I will be staying here again because of that.

This was a nice hotel. The building is old but well maintained. Good breakfast. I originally booked it because of their EV charging listed on Expedia. Also I called before booking to ensure the charger was available. Got there. No charger and the valet told me the charger belongs to the apartment building close by. This is my thing. False advertising. I don’t like it. I had plenty of other places to choose from.
