Nice room but noisy

We had a great stay the room was nice and comfortable lots of amenities to choose from. The problem was the noise. We were aware of City view restaurant and the traffic but we weren't aware of the noise of the other residents and the housekeeping cart traveling back and forth during the day. Room needs better insulation from outside noise.

The hotel was fine my problem was with hotels.com I booked my room for another night and the reservation never came through on the hotel's system. However I called hotels.com customer service and after spending over 39 min they still could not assist me the only option was to move to another hotel and I was not doing that. The receptionist at the hotel was able to help me.

Expedia advertised a complimentary breakfast, but a few hours after I booked a non-refundable room, I received an email saying that Breakfast was a light grab-and-go breakfast. In fact, they had granola bars, bad coffee, and juice. I would be embarrassed to call it a breakfast. I used the search engine to select places with Breakfast, and this hotel should be excluded from this category. Also, at 8 am, I received an annoying email to let them know my checkout time and to do my pre-checkout. I advise against it since checkout is at 11:00 am and you still need to check out in person. The rooms were very clean, the sheets spotless white. The room we stayed in smelled of cigar smoke, but it is a smoke-free hotel, so it must have come from the hallways.

check in part was decent but she didn’t let me know the room she was putting me in was a adjacent room, my peace was disturbed soo bad the people in the other room were blast music all night screaming & yelling as well as smoking i had a terrible night trying to sleep i wouldn’t stay here on a holiday event
