Very nice property. Newly renovated and upgraded. Great location. Within walking distance of several stores and eateries. Great staff. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi is atrocious and the TV streaming service is awful.

Easy and comfortable stay at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve - we were in the area to attend a concert and booked here even though the location was a little further from the venue than others because the reviews were so good. The experience lived up to the review - easy, extremely clean, beautiful large bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area, and try the pool next time if the kids come along.

For starters, the customer service was EVERYTHING!! Mervat was amazing and was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. Mervat was also extremely inviting. Her personality alone makes you want to come back. The Executive suite was amazing! The pool was very relaxing and the temperature of the water is great for year round! Parking was reasonably priced at around $10 a night. My family and I will be back 1000%!!!!
