We never made it to the hotel. We had a car wreck on the way there and ended up at the hospital. I communicated with the hotel and let them know via the portal that we would not make our reservation. I did that the day of the reservation and the day of checkout. Expedia stayed on the phone with me 1.5 hours trying to get me a refund. No success. The airlines were accommodating and gave us a refund. Wyndham and this hotel Wingate were not kind about it and would not bend. They denied that I ever contacted them. I have proof of accident and a police report, still no help.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Shower was “hotel hot” just the way I like it! Breakfast had a selection, but the “eggs” & “sausage” were not edible. Coffee was great and they did have other options like waffles and yogurt. Several dining out options within a mile or so of you are looking for something quick and easy.

We had such a great time. I was disappointed when I read some reviews. But soo happy I did not listen to them. The staff was excellent location to stadium perfect. Shuttle was above and beyond. We all 6 of us 4 rooms 2 nights have no complaints and will stay again
