Saw the reviews online and never believed until I had the very same experience. Booked the room but checked in late due to my trip delay. The night shift front receptionist informed me that I had the privilege to check the room before my actual check in. First of all, their elevator wasn’t working and I had to struggle with my items to the third floor. The staircases looked like a place where drug addicts resides. Upon checking the rooms, they were stink and in a deplorable nasty condition. One of the rooms weren’t cleaned, it remained just the very same as how the guest left it, (I have video proof) I’ve checked three rooms and there was only one that was far from being partially clean. The refrigerator door was falling off, dirty microwave and bathtub, window was unable to open because the lock was missing. Bed sheet and mattress were extremely stained and dirty (luckily I took my own disposable linens). Blinds full of dirt and the bathroom tub and sink was clogged with dirt and hair which stops the flow of water. The stove was left greasy and dirty and the trash bins as well. I was unable to prepare a meal and eat for the entire afternoon due to the nasty environment. I went ahead and purchased my own cleaning products and cleaned the room from top to bottom. Reported the matter to front desk but they careless about the condition, they’re about the money. I checked out early and demanded a refund which remains futile. It’s extremely gross, it’s not worth your money.
Elevator was not working.. They were going to put me on 4th floor. Going to charge me $212.00 for pet fee. That is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Plus $10.00 every day after that. I canceled the reservations. Will not ever go there again
The only downside we had was we had to pay for Wi-Fi you advertised free Wi-Fi but yet we had to pay for it

Needs improvement
Although there was a freezer, there were no ice trays or ice machine available. Additionally there were no disposable cups. The pillows were very thin and unsupportive requiring g extra pillows to be provided. We also had to wait several minutes upon arrival to even see the front desk manager check us in. No front attendant was present for nearly 20 minutes and no way to notify them of our presence.

The first room the chair was a lot of wear and tear. I had to ask for a different room. The elevators were also out.
There's no pots, pans, or utensils provided. You have to empty your own trash and change the linens. The comforter is a thin blanket and the mattress was terrible. The elevators were broken and it's noisy late at night. If you have a limited budget, it's serviceable for an extended stay with a kitchenette, and the staff was very helpful.

Didn’t think they did a good job on cleaning my bath tub. It was hair in the tub and on the clean laundry (towels and wash cloths) but I brought my own so it didn’t bother me as much. I brought my own cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize all areas of use but the room was comfy and cozy besides the tub having hair all over it.
