For your vacation in Bandol, our agency Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb one-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment with a terrace and panoramic sea view in a secure residence on the port of Bandol. You will find two charging stations available within the residence. A comfortable rental, rated 4 stars by the tourist office. The rental is ideally located in the heart of the city center, 100m from the shops and the port and 150m from the central beaches and the casino. You can park 1 vehicle in the residence's free parking lot. The parking is secured by an electric gate with a code or remote control. Once parked, you don't have to touch your vehicle during your vacation; everything is accessible on foot. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access an entrance leading to the bedroom, the bathroom, the separate toilet, and the living room. In the living room with its panoramic sea view, you will find an open-plan equipped kitchen, a table with 4 seats, and a lounge with a TV. The apartment is equipped with an internet connection and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. In the air-conditioned bedroom, you will find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to create a single 180 cm bed. You have a sofa bed in the living room for other sleeping accommodations. For amenities, you have a bathroom with a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with a table and chairs. It is a very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or in the shade, as you wish. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region in a quiet setting while being close to the city center. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It is not cashed and will be given on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
