- a bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer,
- TV, WiFi,
- a private parking lot,
- an access to the residency swimming pool (open from april to september), the tennis court and the bocce ball court.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
