On the seafront, panoramic view of the bay of Bandol and Sanary, at the foot of the beaches, the Le Temps des Vacances agency offers you a superb furnished air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment of 39m2 with terrace, internet, parking, elevator and swimming pool. This apartment has recently been renovated with care and elegance. Ideally located, it is composed of: a bedroom, a living room and a fitted kitchen while offering you a breathtaking sea view giving access to a terrace and a bathroom with WC and washing machine. You can enjoy an exceptional 15m² terrace with a sea view, ideal for your moments of relaxation or your meals outdoors. This terrace is fully equipped to offer a pleasant and relaxing setting throughout your stay. An electric awning allows you to protect yourself from the sun if necessary. This apartment is located in a secure residence with a private swimming pool, elevator and an underground garage. A car lift is available to access the parking lot. They are used for vehicles weighing less than 2700 kg, with a maximum length of 5.50 m and a width of 2 m (including mirrors) and a height of 2 m (including roof rack). This is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicle during the holidays. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.

Situation et description appartement correspondant a l'annonce. Manque vaisselle telque passoir, ouvre huitres dans cette région, tasse expresso car dans de grande tasse pas vraiment, pour faire fonctionné la tv dans la chambre obligé de déménager le décodeur du salon sinon aucune réception même pas Netflix. Manque une précision sur l'ascenseur pour les véhicules sur le poids autorisé car pour véhicules 100% électrique ma voiture pèse 2,100 tonnes et finalement n'accepte que 2,700 tonnes maximum. Les dimensions du véhicule acceptées et indiquées dans l'annonce sont trop juste car notre véhicule a pu rentré mais les pneus frottés sur les côtés malgré que notre véhicule correspond tout juste en largeur et longueur des dimensions précisés. Il est certain que je ne lourai plus avec ascenseur pour voiture. L'Agence nous a même dit que si le véhicule ne rentrait pas nous avions la possibilité de prendre un abonnement a la semaine sur le parking public de bandol qui se trouve pas très loin de l'immeuble ! Globalement séjour positif à part qu'il faut récupérer et rendre les clefs à l'agence qui n'est pas à côté de l'immeuble. Finalement l'agence m'appelle à 18h la veille de notre départ afin de nous avertir que quelqu'un viendra à l'appartement contrairement à ce qui était prévu. On m'a donc rendu mon chèque de caution ce jour là ce qui me semble plus légale que ce qui était prévu en le détruisant que quelques jours après.
