Cocoonr offers this charming 68 m² air-conditioned duplex flat with sea view for rent in Bandol, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 68 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area and two bathrooms (with shower).

- A separate WC
First floor
- A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
The staircase between the two areas is not safe; it is not suitable for young children, as there is a risk of falling.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan.
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from June to September.
The terrace, at a height of one metre, is not equipped with railings, so the risk of falling is prevented by large planters. The terrace is not suitable for children.
The flat is ideally located in Bandol, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
