Good house and location

Propeilived up to advert and great location for beaches and town. Check in was analogue and paper based requiring a cash deposit and physical key collection which did make first impressions lower than the property warranted. Overall stay was great and as expected for great town and beaches but digital is the way forward.

Maison de ville , proche port commerces et plages 300 mĂštres dans rue calme . Un petit bĂ©mol impossible de se poser jardinet et terrasses , les moustiques sont lĂ  de 8 h a 23h et plus donc toute la journĂ©e. Un plus la Clim dans les chambres fonctionne parfaitement bien et est silencieuse. Chambres et s de bain neuves et bien amĂ©nagĂ©es . AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour en juin oĂč nous n’avons pas la foule .

Mooier dan de foto’s

Echt een heerlijk ruim huis om met 8/9 personen te verblijven. Het huis is in het echt veel mooier en netter dan de foto’s. Op zolder kunnen 3/4 kinderen slapen, 3 volwassenen zou ook kunnen. Op de 1e verdieping zijn 3 slaapkamer, zeer net en hele fijne bedden! Ook zijn er 2 badkamers, ook zeer net en schoon. Er is een ruime hal met bergruimte en de woonkamer is huiselijk. De indeling zou praktischer kunnen, maar dat is naar eigen inzicht. Alle huishoudelijke apparaten zoals vaatwasser, oven, wasmachine enz is van zeer goede en nieuwe kwaliteit, super! Er is een inpandige garage, fijn want er zijn niet veel parkeerplekken in de kleine straatjes in Bandol. Mochten we volgend jaar weer naar Bandol gaan dan zouden we zeker weer in dit huis gaan

Maison confortable bien située mais quelques désagréments : pas de WiFi pendant tout le séjour, intervention sur télé défectueuse que la veille du départ, serrure cassée changée 48 h aprÚs signalement, fermetures de volets cassées, couettes tùchées, difficulté d'accÚs au garage et places extérieures éloignées, un fauteuil de jardin déchiré.

Maison idéalement située

Belle maison de ville idéalement située: à 1mn à pied des rues commerçantes tout en restant au calme. Tout prÚs des plages également. Le garage est trÚs pratique; accessible du couloir par une porte et de bonne taille (pas de probleme pour un gros SUV). Indispensable en fait au mois d'Aout car il n'y a pas de place en centre ville. La maison est trÚs bien équipée (notamment beaucoup de vaisselle + électroménager comme décrits dans l'annonce). La literie est de bonne qualité. Il y a 2 salles de bain et 4 chambres climatisées ay top. L'agence a été arrangeante pour l'arrivée. La terrasse est un peu petite et sombre car il y a trop d'arbres. Mais suffisante pour déjeuner/diner. Je recommande l'utilisation de serpentins efficaces pour chasser les moustiques. Seul petit bémol: la vaisselle n'était pas trÚs propre à notre arrivée. Il faudrait que les personnes du ménage vérifie en faisant le ménage. Je recommande vivement ce logement de qualité

Maison de ville trÚs bien située dans Bandol proximité port, plage du casino et plage de renecros, commerces, petit marché tous les matins, grand marché le mardi et marché nocturne tous les soirs Tout peut se faire à pied Le garage est indispensable pour garer la voiture Le centre de Bandol est saturé de véhicules du matin au soir et tous les parkings sont complets La maison est rénovée avec des matériaux de qualité Lave linge sÚche linge et lave vaisselle MIELE top CafetiÚre + machine expresso WIFI Possibilité de coucher 9 personnes 3 WC - 1 baignoire et 2 douches La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciable par forte chaleur Le jardin est petit mais a le mérite d'exister : galets au sol et végétation imposante, le + une douche extérieure Terrasse carrelée avec table et chaises + terrasse à l'étage qui donne sur deux chambres agréable et pratique pour faire sécher le linge et/ou les serviettes de plage Nous recommandons cette location

SĂ©jour plaisant Ă  Bandol

‌Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able dans la maison fin juin. La maison est au conforme Ă  la description, sauf peut-ĂȘtre le jardinet qui est peu accessible car les arbres ont bien grandi. Nous avions 2 voitures. C'Ă©tait trĂšs pratique de pouvoir en garer une dans le garage et assez simple de trouver une place dans les rues. Mais en juillet aoĂ»t c'est probablement plus difficile. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec des Ă©quipements de qualitĂ©. La clim dans les 3 chambres et les combles est trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e. La clim ne fonctionnait pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, mais l'agence a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active et a fait intervenir un Ă©lectricien rapidement. La maison est au calme, et proche des commerces et restaurants. Nous allions Ă  la plage de Renecros en 15 min Ă  pied.

Die Lage war sehr gut. In der KĂŒche gab es alles, was man braucht. Das Einzige, was gefehlt hat, war die Sauberkeit. Die SchrĂ€nke innen waren voller Staub,unter der Couch lag noch eine leere Flasche von den VorgĂ€sten. Man könnte auch mindestens eine Rolle Toilettenpapier in jede Toilette stellen.
