Enjoy the sounds of the sea from this 950 sq. ft open concept 2nd story one bedroom loft just a few short blocks from Bandon's famous beaches, Old Town, and City Park. The world renowned Bandon Dunes golf course, Bullard's beach, and Coquille Lighthouse are just a 10 min. drive to the north.
NOTE: The City of Bandon requires a 30-day minimum stay.
The space
Windows, windows, windows! This is a beautiful light-filled space that is truly open concept living. A mix of antique and contemporary furnishings offer you a comfortable place to come home to after enjoying Bandon's treasured coast. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with the tools you'll need to prepare your own delicious meals, or take a walk/drive to Bandon's wonderful restaurants.
Guest access
There is a private staircase and balcony at the entrance of the loft. This rental sits alone above a three-car garage with no common/shared walls between it and the main house on the property.
For your security there is also a security camera over the parking area as well as sensor lighting.
NOTE: The City of Bandon requires a 30-day minimum stay.
