The 180° ocean view was exceptional direct view of face rock and other large rocks. Best ocean view anywhere I have stayed. The ADA parking was being occupied by a car that was not ADA. Bandon Police obviously do not care. The property is required to have the space marked with the ADA symbol painted on the paving. Each end of the parking space is required to be marked to outline the size of the space. This I snot the case. The city of Bandon is not enforcing this requirement which is very sad. We were unable to park there. I hope they do the right thing and get this taken care of. It is a great property and surprised that they have skimped on this critically important requirement. But more importantly I would hope that the city would do their required policing for their citizens and visitors patronizing businesses. This is a serious matter. Even though cloudy with some rain it was a spectacular view and will return.

Lots of black mold, chipped paint and rust in bathroom. The staff is nice but the bathroom area was disgusting with lots of black mold around the tub and paint pealing off the walls. Kind of disgusting. The bathroom appliances should have been replaced about forty years ago.

My cat enjoyed looking at the view of ocean waves from inside our unit. Our room was clean. The check-in staff were friendly. Still my favorite place to stay in Bandon.

Beautiful view from the room & balcony. I appreciate the availability of refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Comfortable bed. I’m 82 & not a fan of all the stairs. I was on level C which is down 2 flight of stairs. It was quite challenging with luggage to say the least. Next time I will request level A which is street level.No stairs! Staff was friendly & accommodating.

The balcony view was breathtaking, the three floor to navigate without elevator was not mentioned on the website. The room was supplied with microwave and refrigerator but zero accessories… no knife, no fork, no nothing and one had to navigate the three floors and walk 50 yards to the office to get plastic “silverware”.

Wanted to stay in Bandon for a few nights. Our room was an older one, but cozy. Little kitchen area, 2 double beds, big sliding door with a partial ocean view. Pet friendly, quit. Only thing was the TV spectrum service was bad.
