Stinky bathroom

A very bad stink comes from the bathroom made me and my wife can't sleep for the whole night. We had ask for the new room, but they tell us it's fully booked, but when i search it through internet, it said that they still got 5 rooms available. So dissapointed.

Good location but old building

The only good about Santika Hotel Bandung is its very strategic location. Many factory outlets within walk distance, infront of a small shopping mall and many restaurants. The building is old and need renovation.

Its a old hotel. really need a make over. Its clean and the staffs are nice. I just needed a place to sleep for a night, so i didn't mind choosing this hotel. but its not the place for holiday.

Check Out reminder

Eventhough it is common practice, checkout reminder is such annoying. It is unnecessary to call room just to remind guest to leave. We knew our schedule already. It will be proper if hotel reminds when the time limit has ellapsed.

Friendly staff. Strategic location accessible to many factory outlets within walking distance. Nearby to two supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants such as JCO and Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and high efficiency,whatever we request also can be done and it's fast. However hotel condition abit run down,eg got dirt/stain at toilet floor. Moreover need to improve by refill the food promptly for late comers,especially during breakfast time.

トイレ・風呂が致命的に汚い。 朝食が冷めている。 ロビーから3階まで吹き抜けになっているため、ロビーで子供などがはしゃいでいると部屋まで聞こえてきてうるさい。 立地が悪い。ホテルの周りの治安が悪い。 エレベーターが臭い。芳香剤効きすぎ。 スタッフが教育されていない。 エアコンにタイマー機能がないため、不便。 ドライヤーが無い。 スリッパが一つ足りなかった(宿泊者2名に対し、1足のみ。) シングルサイズを2つ、という予約をしていたにもかかわらず、ダブルサイズ1つが用意されていた。変更はできないと言われた。 スタッフの肩に陰毛がついていた。 二度と泊まることはないでしょう。
