Not a pleasant stay..

Very dissapointed facility run down very old. Room not clean enough toilet floor not clean. Always need to ask them to change our bed sheet blanket pillow cover. Sick and tired keep on reminding instead of they should change daily..

Very Bad, I won't stay here anymore

Really really disappointed, both RedDoors and property it self doesn't have great communication at all. Their respon are very slow regarding my unlisted book they said. As the system already registered my booking, they can't resist that the fault is on their own. This is my second experience booking on RedDoors property that missed in reservation. Really really Bad...!!! And for the other reason i don't like my stay is about the cleanliness, the bathroom not in proper condition. And also the electricity, it's not there when i entered my room so I must ask the receptionist to check and top up the electricty. At the end i spend about 2-3 hours form the start of check in until i can lay on my bed. It was terrible...!!! If you expect to have cozy surroundings don't ever stay in this property. Why? Because you just can find a heavy traffics all the time, and you can't go anywhere in less time. Hopefully this review will be useful to the others. Thank you

Menginap di apartemen

Lokasi hotel agak jauh dr pusat kota. Shower air yg keluar sangat kecil sehingga susah utk mandi. Perabotan yg ada di kamar pun kotor seperti tidak pernah dibersihkan apalagi di kolong ranjang
