Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Perlu managemen yg benar

Kamar tidak disiapkan dgn baik walau sudah diinfokan jam masuk. Komunikasi via wa sangat terbatas dan lama br dijawab. Sarung bantal, handuk, toiletries dibwkan setelah ad info dr tamu. Tamu mengkomplen utk mengganti sprei krn byk rambut di bwh selimut, ttp 45 menit ditunggu blm jg dibwkan ganti.
