Very nice and clean hotel. Close to everything within town centre. We get upgraded and the staff in the front desk are all wonderful especially Mr Joel. Mr Rodney and Tonya are very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

There’s a lot of great things about the Banff Aspen: renovated rooms, comfy beds, Nespresso in the rooms, super close to walk to downtown, hot tub and steam room, great coffee shop in the lobby, and to top it off, the breakfast is really great. There aren’t many hotels where the breakfast has a cheery staff that bring coffee to your table, where there’s fresh jams and butter on the table, and where it’s kept clean and organized in real time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice outdoor amenities and good location. Rooms are just ok with basic updates. There isn’t enough parking for number of rooms, and larger vehicles are a challenge. Coffee shop on site was convenient with friendly staff. Lots of tour groups made it feel like a hostel at times. I mistook the exceptional reviews for a higher end hotel.
