The staff were courteous at all times. Our room seemed clean but upon closer inspection there was s lot of dog hair left on our socks. There was also a large dog chew toy tucked away inder the table. You'd think cleaning staff would notice something that size. When i told the front desk people about my concerns about the thouroughness of the room cleaning, she said "it's our slow season and sometimes they just get lax". Not a good answer. We had really been looking forward to time in the hot tub and were disappointed when we were told at check in that it was closed for some time and we could use one of their sisters hotels hot tubs . Not in negative temperatures! Room was very smokey .

Had a nice stay The staff was accommodating. We arrived early and got an early check in. The hot tubs were closed for repairs but we were able to have access to the hot tubs at there sister resorts so we had 5 or 6 options. Would stay again.

It was good! Only complaint is that the pool was closed! I think they should let people know that before they check in or at least give a discount. I do this trip once a year with my daughter and we do the spa and the pool. It was disappointing to only find out once we were there!

Great location, the hotel is okay but not worth the price. The facilities and the building in general feel a bit old and could use some updates. The bathroom only has the basics — no shower cap or extra amenities. The TV had just one channel to watch movies, which was disappointing. Also, the breakfast was quite expensive for what it offered. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but I expected more for the price.
