Bed was comfortable. Dated room but clean. Great sauna and huge jetted hot tub. Complimentary bus passes fantastic. Clean amazing drinking water right out of tap. Only downside The Keg restaurant service and food average to below average. Would not eat there again.

Good location in Banff. Excellent breakfast menu options even for vegetarian. Only drawback, if u have full size SUV, then it won't fit in their parking garage under the hotel and so u need to find parking space on streets. The same issue for most hotels in Banff - won't fit large full size SUVs. Hotel did provide bus pass for free during our stay which is lot more convenient option in Banff area.

Excellent location. Very easy to go into town to get supplies and to visit National Parks. Food was a little expensive at the restaurant but food was good.. Service was great! Some of the furniture in room was dated/used. But overall, nice! I would stay here again.

Unfortunately shortly after checking in we received a call for an emergency at home and had to 'check out' 15min later. Property and staff were all great and helped out as much as possible. Con: because we booked the hotel last min it was a non refundable room. Obviously the hotel couldnt do anything, and disappointing, expedia refused to show any compassion for our situation in any way. Going forward, i will be using hotels directly, or another booking app, and expedia will be un installed
