Honestly the property is all not much like, the keg restaurant food not good, the services is okbut need training about service food and take to much time to bring the food to the table.

I was pleasantly surprised at the convenient location. The free underground parking was much appreciated. The Keg restaurant is on-premises. When I arrived for lunch, both the Teriyaki salmon bowl and fish and chips were no longer available. Thank goodness the Santa Fe chicken salad was good. What I didn't enjoy was, amongst others, the shoddy wi-fi. I ended up using my cellular data 85% of the time. Then, when I left my room, the door had not shut securely behind me... when I returned, I noticed it had remained open for 3 hours while I was out. The toilet seat was very uncomfortable...it was very small (I'm not a large person) and painful to sit on. Just awful. Last but not least, the remote control for the TV was a joke. You could hardly change the channel. Quite annoying. Now, to be fair, I did not report any of these incidents to the front desk. I did get an email from Expedia reminding me to share any issue. All in all, an okay stay.

Property needs to be renovated. Our room was terrible. Two double beds were crammed so tightly that tv had to be in the side wall. Our room was also soo stuffy and we had to have window and blinds open all night to get air flow but then the window on the other side (we faced a court yard) was looking directly into our room. Our bathroom sink also kept filling up with water from the drain and had a ton of sediment in it which was gross. The pool is nice but hot only which we didn’t realize so for two 11 year olds that were looking forward to playing in the pool at night it was tough. Good location and the spa downstairs is nice but just needs to be updated.

Nice theme but bedding worn out. Sheets werent changed just bed remade. No air conditioning but not an issue during our stay. Hot tub was good but could use some cleaning and some refreshments.

The hotel is on the “main drag” and a popular spot for tour company pick up. This is the main reason for selecting the property. Lack of air conditioning was not an issue in late April. Bathroom fixtures (toilet and tap) could use some maintenance (slow flush and faucet was tight and showing its age). Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Tight squeeze to get in with luggage for 2, not a deal-breaker. Staff was pleasant. Early buffet and breakfast options were appreciated for early tour starts. No issues with underground parking. Good value for price.

The hotel lobby and parking is great, the rooms are a little tired; but that’s Banff! High prices and low on quality when compared to Canmore. Overall a convenient and painless stay- I would stay again if there was another deal price available.
