Recently refurbished room with nice Mountain View’s from the balcony. Some snagging issues with the room (cabling at kitchen area) which we reported to reception staff. Underground parking was easy and convenient. Great location in easy walking distance of bars and restaurants around Banff avenue area. Swimming pool great too. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are decent and Restaurant at hotel is excellent. Parking is available but not included in booking. One of the thing that's definitely missing is that there was no proper check-in instructions. I received an email that I can download an app to access my room but there was instructions on how to access parking. When we went to park our car at garage, we noticed that it needs the room key, so again we had to go to the front desk to get the physical key to park our car. They could have mentioned all this in the email and saved us the hassle and time.

We had a great stay at Banff Park Lodge!

It was a little hot in the room at night when we slept. It was hot outside that week. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean. The location was great! I would recommend Banff Park Lodge.
