The room was exceptionaly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient, only a few blocks from Banff Avenue. Only 2 things people should know: 1.) La Terrazza resteraunt is closed for renovations 2.) a $50 per night deposit is required when you check in.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Its a nostalgic hotel with most amenities being offered by the adjacent hotel i.e. pool, hot tub and dining. Rooms were clean but comfortable.

The hotel definitely doesn’t look fancy, but staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean and has everything I need and the hot tub is nice and relaxing. Room has plenty of plugs, sound proof is nice and they offer milk at the lobby. Thank you for the stay and I’m super happy with every penny I spent!
