The hotel was nice, room was clean and staff provided good service. It was a bit further of a walk into town than the last couple places i'd stayed (which when cold and hauling ski equipment) which made a difference, and the small bar offering probably could have been a little better.

Honestly the best hotel out of all 4 we stayed in during our trip. The theme is Adventure, and I just love that! The staff are all incredible. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is perfect. The room was quiet, cute, and super clean. The courtyard area is beautiful. The hot tubs and sauna were great after a day of hiking or skiing. The smores happy hour was just icing on the cake. Breakfast was good and the cafe was very nice. They offer some adult beverages in the evenings. Parking was super convenient and heated. They offer ski lockers and bike lick up and rentals. I will stay here in the summer when we try to Banff.

The hotel was excellent. Staff very helpful with advice for a local tour and one they had done themselves. We had an upgraded room which was a surprise and was excellent. The normal rooms were excellent anyway. Breakfast was excellent and room spotless. Didnt try hot tubs as they are very popular.

Very reasonable pricing compared to many options surrounding. Loved the outdoor spa area and a dog friendly option. Though our room was on the main floor right beside the elevator and main lobby which was very loud unfortunately.
