Found some hairs on the bedsheets when we checked in and told front desk. They were able to get someone to change the sheets for us after about 30mins. Staff are nice.

We had a fantastic trip and stay here for two nights. Really clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities on site including the hot tubs and sauna. The underground parking was heated and really convenient. The staff were always really accommodating and easy to find. Would definitely stop again!

We enjoyed the s’mores and the board games that were available. The hotel was modern and clean. This was my second time staying. The hot tubs were extremely packed at all times this time which made it a bit uncomfortable but everyone was nice of course.

Beautiful rooms. Price was good. Breakfast was perfect with many options. Location not too far from town centre and bus stop 2minute walk. A very convenient location. Although we booked for 3 people, we only had 2 waters in the room and 2 sets of towels. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, when we asked for another face cloth, we got a large towel instead.

Great place to stay! Nicely decorated rooms. Hot breakfast with lots of options. The skit shuttle to Lake Louise and Sunshine are right in front of the hotel. Lots of different restaurants are in walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again!
