Pillows rock hard; coffee situation inconsistent ( we had to go to the lobby to ask for coffee) and the housekeeping was not done daily unless we asked. The shower takes quite a bit of time before hot water comes through.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel amenities were great, specifically the morning coffee and tea provided. The hotel also provided very convenient parking and storage lockers for ski equipment which was very helpful. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again. The beds/pillows were on the firmer side, which was not as comfortable as I’d hoped but was a very clean and spacious room.

Canoe & Suites is in a great location. Front desk staff was amazing!! Coffee amenities were great. And THANK YOU for the complimentary bus passes! Wish I could have received a water bottle or two during the stay. I'm from California & just used to that being a standard amenity. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are the only downfall... either rock hard or barely there. I really enjoyed the coffee shop & bar area.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant and cafe/bakery on site. Pools and sauna were gorgeous. 15 minute walk to shops or free bus. No Netflix was disappointing. Would have been a perfect stay if not for that.
