This hotel is absolutely amazing — truly top-tier. The view is stunning, especially from the room we stayed in, with a breathtaking mountain view. The pool is excellent, everything is very clean and well maintained, and everything is conveniently located nearby. We stayed with our young child (2 years and 8 months), and had absolutely no issues at all — whether at the pool, in the restaurant, or at the front desk. The staff were very welcoming and family-friendly. Our son especially loved the hot chocolate — we kept coming back to reception for it, and they never once said no. Simply outstanding. Highly recommend!” 🔥⛰️☕️

The hotel is very nice, check in was amazing and quiet and they let me check out at 12 instead of 11 and all the girls there were really friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot tub and it was so relaxing however the room heat system was not working so well and it definitely did effect my sleep as it wasn’t working properly and was so loud so I had to turn it off and sleep at the end and it did get a bit cold.

From cleanliness to service, this was a great stay for us during our visit to Banff. Sarah at the front desk when we checked in and Craig at the bar were superb. Super easy check in. No issues with parking. Room and bathroom were clean. The hot pools were lovely after days of hiking and the fresh ground coffee and cream each day with a pour over set up in the room was perfect to start the morning. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. It’s quite a modern facility. One thing we encountered was a bit of difficulty among the staff in keeping a high quality of service. For example, the in-room coffee experience is something to be desired. My recommendation for guests is to ask the staff up front for as much coffee as you will expect to drink during your entire stay. We were without coffee in our room for an entire day because we didn’t ask for enough the day before.
