We had a layover and had difficulty with coming to the hotel on time. They were awesome and help change our reservation within 10 minutes! It’s close enough to town but not in town which is nice. It’s very close to the main bus stops that you need to get everywhere. I would stay here again :-)

The hotel was overall good. The staff was very nice. However, the hotel is a bit dated, the carpet in our room was worn out and the sink did not drain properly. Also, it would have been nice to have extra hooks and space to hang clothes and towels. It was a bit pricey for the value.

We stayed for our wedding for a couple of days, the staff were great and friendly, and even upgraded our room and left us a bottle of wine to celebrate! This was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated. The hotel is definitely showing its age, and looks like it needs some refurbishment. The shower needed new caulking and maybe the lighting upgraded but the shower worked great and had good water pressure. We were close to the machines on the roof which were very loud so we didn’t get a very good sleep. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location of the hotel worked well for us, we could either use the free roam bus pass or take a nice walk downtown.

There is no external window. Only internal pool view, fixed window. It should be knowned before I stay. And no refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave. Old furniture, but not dirty. Except coin washin machine, I can not recommend this hotel at this price.

Very comfortable place like home.

This lodge provided our family with wonderful memories. The staff were friendly, and everything, including the pool and gym, was perfect. The only exception was young students unruly behavior at the pool, who played loudly until closing time.

Safe and quiet hotel. Front desk gave us free bus passes for our stay and the bus to numerous activities was right outside the hotel. This made it very easy to get to and from our hotel.

Would stay here again.

Beautiful, small resort town full of hotels and restaurants. We were very happy with Rundlestone. The only drawback was that there wasn't a microwave in the room, just a mini fridge. The pool and hot tub were nice, although you had to walk through the exercise room to get to them. The staff were very nice. The air conditioning in our room didn't work the first night, but within five minutes of telling the front desk clerk in the morning the maintenance man was there and fixed it in about 15 minutes (filter had to be replaced).

Great Hotel

Early check in was so great and convenient. The staff are very friendly. Free bus ticket to roamed around Banff. I love the swimming pool it was kid friendly. Hot tub is great too. Close to downtown. Underground parking. I would definitely stay here again

The amenities were so old and unkept. I inquired about room upgrade and their staff was rude and unprofessional when responding, didn’t offer or try to explore options for us. The worst hotel I’ve booked so far through Expedia. I’ve always amazing experience and positive things to say about most places I’ve been to. I’m so disappointed in this property and their service.
