We did a short stay at 12 residence hotel. The check-in process felt a bit unorganized, but the overall stay was positive. The rooms were nice and comfy with a lot of amenities. The food was OK. There was a language barrier if you are a English speaker

We were super impressive with this hotel. The room was absolutely spotless, communication was clear and easy ahead of arrival, and the breakfast was fantastic. Blackout blinds made the room dark at night, and we found it very quiet, even with the AC running. Attention to detail and available amenities also made a big difference. For example, earplugs, slippers and a charging cable are provided for convenience and there is 24 hour room service available. We used the airport shuttle, which we booked on arrival, and it was great - it left on time and got us to the entrance to DMK airport within ~7 minutes. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers looking for a convenient stay near DMK airport.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a coffee bar and breakfast in the morning that was great. Assistance with getting a shuttle to the airport was perfect and seamless.

This is my third time staying at 12 the residence and the only way they could make it better was to add a swimming pool . But if you want somewhere clean, with great rooms and excellent service not to mention the huge choice at breakfast and plenty of it at a great price ,as they in Newcastle Divvent Divver ger it booked!!!
