There is a 10% mandatory surcharge / service fee on everything you buy??? Even the water you drink in the Restaurant is chargeable and the rates are exhorbitant inside which is why the restaurant & bar are always empty as i have seen it. welcome drink that no one uses because it only allows a small glass of juice and not even a coffee

The stay was fine. The amenities were nice to access. The front desk staff and concierge were all very lovely. The restaurant could use some better staff. Night staff were slightly less attentive then the rest of the staff and morning staff could use a refresher course in hygiene practices when working the floor. Watched a gentleman pick his nose while setting up a fresh table. The check out was easy and friendly. Stayed in the lobby to wait for airport shuttle after check in and there was plenty of room to sit and wait comfortably and had the use of free wifi. My flight was later in the day so this was a nice place to relax and wait.

Nice place to stay. Beds and pillows are soft. Staff very helpful. You can leave your bags to go travel and comeback to get them. Very helpful when traveling around. Makes a nice homebase to go then take off again.
