There were no VIP benefits available. The only issue I had was trying to contact them for a shuttle from the airport to hotel. On the flip side they was already there waiting for me. In other words if you stay here, just relax, the staff will take care of you. Definitely stay here again when I come back.

It is a quiet place. Everything was fine. It is quite dark. The lights are mostly turned off. Presumably, they are trying to lower their electric bill, but it makes the place look gloomy.

The hotel is really nice and the rate is very reasonable. Its also very convenient that the hotel has a free airport shuttle. You just need to let them know if your arrival/departure upon booking.

My second time in this hotel. It is a great option. I did paid for taxi from the airporr since they have time for shuttle... so after 24 hours flight, i prefer get into the hotel right away. I am platinum expedia memeber, so they honor the benefit by upgrading my room and other nice perks. The breakfast was great, not overwhelming options but enough to get a very nice breakfast several.days. I will look forward to return this hotel.

Even the water you drink in the Restaurant is chargeable and the rates are exhorbitant inside which is why the restaurant & bar are always empty as i have seen it. welcome drink that no one uses because it only allows a small glass of juice and not even a coffee

The stay was fine. The amenities were nice to access. The front desk staff and concierge were all very lovely. The restaurant could use some better staff. Night staff were slightly less attentive then the rest of the staff and morning staff could use a refresher course in hygiene practices when working the floor. Watched a gentleman pick his nose while setting up a fresh table. The check out was easy and friendly. Stayed in the lobby to wait for airport shuttle after check in and there was plenty of room to sit and wait comfortably and had the use of free wifi. My flight was later in the day so this was a nice place to relax and wait.
