An amazing small charming property with a perfect location. Everything was excellent. Only constructive feedback I have is the room not entirely sound proof you will hear occasional noises from the corridor and lifts.

The property is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly. All the check in staff are very kind and helpful. The security is also very friendly and attentitive to help. The room has a odd smell when the A/C is off which could possibly be the wood beds but its not a big deal, could be just my room. If you smoke, good luck, they make you hide in the bushes beside the hotel, its very awkward and weird.

This was my favourite stay in Thailand. The staff were amazing and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also great, overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice spot close to the metro but feels like out of the hussle that is Bangkok. Was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. You will need to transit to other more touristy places but that is easy enough. There are many good restaurants in walking distance.

Again, Asai impressed me 10 outta 10. Clean room and facilities all throughout, 24-hr gym, comfy and spacious co-working space, cozy and cute little lobby bar/resto, nice and friendly staff, comfy king bed, chromecast hook-up, nice free parking space underneath the bldg, many hip restaurants in the same alley, 1-2 minute walk to BTS Saint Louis station... I mean, this is the real deal in quiet but pricey Sathorn area but within affordable budget, thanks y'all!

not real value

people equate lower nominal price to value but it’s not true - for some marginal amount more it seems a lot can be in Thailand. The place isn’t minimalist - It’s cluttered - And in deed the rooms are small. Lobby is always full of people waiting around - type of client they have trying to float in early. But The housekeeping was amazing as is usually the case. Front desk didn’t do much of anything special as usual.. but did the basics. Location has enough going on nearby
