Gym not 24 hours, many occasions the key cards wouldnt work, we ate at the evening buffett once and was not value for money given the lack of variety. We ate at the Saffron restaurant 1st day and the food and service there were both excellent.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The location was safe but it felt farther away than a lot of the places we visited which made it difficult with the traffic. However, if youโ€™re looking for a city feel and close to mall shopping and rooftop bars it is great.

Good location and accessible to most places within a 15-30 minutes taxi ride. Rooms modern and clean. Attentive staff with good amenities, turn down service at around 7pm. Unfortunately our room had sewage problem each morning so the en-suite bathroom smells.

I found it a bit unusual that the wardrobe was inside the bathroom. But the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well. The bath salt smelled amazing and helped me relax. The staff were all very kind, especially Jennifer at the lounge, who was so helpful. The pool was a bit small, but overall, itโ€™s a lovely hotel perfect for couples looking for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel remains excellent, though naturally, it shows just a touch more age than when we last visited 20 years ago. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, particularly if you enjoy exploring a wide variety of dishes. We booked a family suite, which was fantastic. The only drawback was the air conditioning in the main bedroom. It developed an irregular, loud rattle. It was quiet at first, then clanking for a few minutes before settling again for about twenty minutes. We only noticed it on our last night, as we hadnโ€™t needed it before then. A little frustrating, but understandable; if the hotel isnโ€™t aware of it, they canโ€™t fix it. Hopefully, itโ€™s resolved before the next guests arrive. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Without hesitation.
