very disappointed

Rooms only cleaned when requested, not sure if bedding was actually changed. Staff unable to converse and not friendly. Breakfast quality poor and no real facilities in room apart from wifi. Definitely not a 3 star hotel and quite a distance from Bangkok city. Would not recommend it to anyone I know.
