The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was great. The bar was shut when we arrived, which was disappointing. The shuttle was handy but depending when you land, you may have quite a wait as it only runs hourly.

This hotel is not recommended if you want a smooth, stress-free stay. The combination of hidden charges, unhelpful shuttle, and uncooperative staff can make your trip unnecessarily difficult. Make sure to double-check all charges, and do not rely on the staff to resolve issues quickly. Tried to enjoy the pool but the constant whiff of sewage was off putting.

Great hotel - quality room/excellent breakfast and staff. Considerably nicer than another hotel we stayed at that was close to the airport and only slightly more per night than the other hotel. Bed was the most comfortable I experienced during 10 days in the country. Highly recommend.
