This might be my favourite hotel in the world and I’ve stayed in hundreds. Probably more than a thousand. Brilliant staff, excellent facilities, comfortable pillows (often a neglected item), lovely 25m pool, good breakfast. A great place to stay in Bangkok. I love it. Good value too for the level of luxury.

Despite renovations the quality of the stay and the new rooms are great. The restaurant nahm is great, as is the room service food. But best of all is the staff. At all levels they try to make you as welcome as possible.
