The rooms are comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which truly made a difference. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation. What stood out most was the calm atmosphere and the personalized service that made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again.

The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service.
