Nice looking hotel, beautiful lobby area. Staff were polite but seemed unable to converse in anything other than Thai. Ok for me as my wife id Thai but for an 'Airport' hotel this was unusual. The hotel covers a large area so a buggy takes you around the complex, if you want to go back to the shop it is a fair old hike! Room was nice enough, clean and a comfy bed. Shower good but the floor flooded quickly as the drainage was too slow. We were only there for an short while before a late night flight so didn't use any of the facilities but the pool area looked very nice. We did eat however, This was not a good experience in the canal side Cafe Karaked. Staff were bored and unsmiling. One dish for me one for my wife. tom yum appeared within a reasonable time and tasted nice but the burger I ordered did not appear until my wife had finished, ever hopeful looks on my part tot he kitchen. i brief moment of realisation from the staff that my food had been overlooked, soon a burger appeared, looked good until I took a bite. Raw in the middle. Obviously cooked in a hurry. Returned and a replacement arrived, this time burger was cooked, well and truly cooked. Cooked to hockey puck consistency! Eaten with a smile if despair. No apology, no acknowledgement of the error just payment taken without charm or smile. I often book an Airport hotel to freshen up and eat before a long flight and, up until I used the Cafe, would have revisited. Raw meat and miserable staff put me off.

Flughafen Hotel der gehobenen Klasse. Frühstück umfangreich. Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant etwas teuer im Verhältnis zu anderen 4-5* Hotels. Wake up call nicht erfolgreich🙄. Flughafentransfers kostenlos 👍. Gute Adresse für 1-2 Nächte.
