Overall, a nice hotel with excellent staff. The room was comfortable but starting to show its age. Good size, comfy beds & pillows but shower controll was dated and did not hold constant temperature. Location is good for the metro but not so good for walking around, didn't seem to be much close by but it was fine. Breakfast was good, lot's of choice and very good service. Always space available, never waited even though it seemed busy.

This was the second time we have had the pleasure of staying at the Eastin Hotel. Bangkok. It more than meets all our needs. This Hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing. We love the infinitely pool and the cane pods to lie in. The food is exceptional. Its impeccably clean, we had amazing views over the city from the pool and our room. Wawa looked after us, and she made us feel special. Highly recommend this Hotel. We will definitely be back.

Easy access to the train system direct walk way to front door, access all tourist location with public trains . One thing I will point out shower tiles very slippery, this could be very dangerous if you’re not careful.
