Had a great experience at the hotel, the entire team from the security guard to room services were all incredibly friendly. Stayed in the executive suite and it was very spacious, large shower with soaking tub. Cocktails and food were surprisingly good. Definitely would stay again.

Great hotel with fabulous rooms and lounge, well stocked and staff extremely courteous and helpful. Not our first time in Bangkok so a great location for all the sites and stuff we wanted to revisit. Well return again and stay.

Great hotel

A very good hotel very close to a BTS station. Just a few stations from Siam. Nice view from the pool on the 14th floor. Good breakfast, especially the asian alternatives. The only thing to complain about is that the pool is a little bit cold.

The location,the facilities, the breakfast and other food outlets all wonderful. But what made our stay most enjoyable was the hotel's staff, particularly those in the executive lounge. They showed us such kindness we did not want to leave.

Too businesslike and not kids friendly. No bathtub. Pool very small play area for kids and gym was below average. The main road outside hotel has massive long jams , waiting for ride hailing and going to next destination. Only decent restaurant was 10 min walk in the rain. Sheets were clean but I did not sleep well. Worst out of the 4 hotels I stayed.

Great 5-star hotel!

10/10 highly recommend this hotel. Me and 2 buddies from USA stayed here. The concierge guy Riew was amazing! The train is connected to this hotel on the 3rd floor which was super convenient and cheap to move around. The buffet was top notch and had a large variety of good good! Room was very clean and modern. We will def stay here again!!
