Overall ok stay. Location great. Staff were excellent and gave us the best recommendation for a local massage (after rain). Room smelled musty and housekeeping did the bare minimum and did not replenish with fresh towels. Pool was nice and not too crowded. Gym could use an update but functional.

My stay at this hotel was okay. I booked for 3 rooms and one of my room, the air-conditioner wasn't working, sink wasn't drainer and the bathroom door wasn't closing. Had to complain to the front desk few times. The front desk staff can be more friendly. The guy who checked me in was nice but the female staffs were not friendly at all. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

Lots of issues, could have been better

First the issues that we had: Shower did not drain water almost at all, had flooded bathroom and after calling them to fix it every day, we just didn't care the last day. They don't allow you to get extra towels, even when the bathroom shower is flooding. The refrigerator does not keep things cold, they told me when I called down, it is just to keep things slightly below room temperature.... Never heard that one before. Room we had was on the end with a noisy street. Breakfast was below average and the price was not very good. I could elaborate ,but what's the point. Overall the bed was comfortable and everything in the room seemed fine. Pool and gym are nice enough. Definitely will not give this place another try. So much better for the price. And the staff did not seem to care about any call downs with issues.

This was my fifth time staying at eleven hotel in the last two years.I cannot think of one negative.The positives are numerous.The cleanliness and coziness of the room.A nice size well maintained pool.The friendliness of the staff.The closeness of the public transport.Restaurants galore with great food from all over the world.Bars with wonderful live music.Eleven hotel on Soi 11 is great place to stay.

Property right in middle of all bars and restaurants. So great location. But music can b heard loudly in your room til early am. Easy acces to lits of restaurants and bars and clubs. I did have a couple of cockroaches in my room. Staff were excellent.
