I had a wonderful experience. What stood out was the staffs and their positive vibe. They were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide selection of delicious fresh foods. The GCPPB Hotel is modern and walking distance to malls, shops, restaurants and BTS. I would stay here again.

Wow, this is an incredibly nice hotel with incredibly friendly people. It’s brand new, so everything is very well maintained. The best part is that they have a kids’ club. That was a fantastic experience for us, as we were able to take our two year old every morning and evening to hang out for an hour. It was priceless because it gave him a chance to decompress.

1. Excellent service from staffs on 34,35 and 45 floor. Very helpful, warm and attentive to details....blown away by them. 2. Great games varieties to kill boredom. 3. Front desk staffs should wear a smile at all times as it is the first impression for the hotel. Over my 2 nights stay here, all staffs at front desk looked frustrated and everyone wears a trainee tag. The only personalble staff is a lady who is tall with a round face. She was the only who smiled everytime i see her at the reception. 4. Super disappointed at the buffet breakfast. Although the spread is good but the temperature on every hot items were served cold...not even warm. They were all sitting on a warmer. I wanted to get congee but i waited for more than 5 mins at the counter with no one to help me and there was no one queing at all. I went away and came back and waited for another 2mins becos the staffs wanted to clean her stuffs first before she could scoop a bowl of congee. I went back to my seat immediately as i was hungry and to my utmost shock, the congee was just luke warm. The congee was delicious but it woulld have been great if it was served hot. Since all the foods on the spread were kind of cold, i waited for replenishment straight from the kitchen. I was shocked for the temperature for those whiich just came from kitchen is as cold as the ones which were out for awhile. The pork strips and salmon were hard and cold. For the class of this brand, the food at buffet is unacceptable.

What a gorgeous hotel! It’s either brand new or recently renovated because everything was sparkling new and excellent quality. The 50m pool on the 35th floor was special, the views were amazing. The staff were all phenomenal. We loved every second of our stay and honestly enjoyed just staying in the hotel grounds. The cafe on the ground floor did the nicest cheese ham and tomato Toastie I’ve ever had. The brass bar on the roof was GORGEOUS, and the live music was such an unexpected touch - loved it. Had a divine curry there as well. Wow just amazing. Best hotel we stayed in on our 5 months travelling trip
