Amazing view from rooftop pool at sunset. Staff could not be friendlier. Had a lovely back and head massage free off the tokens what we got given on check in. Only fault was cleanliness off the dining area / they wipe around with the same cloth and no spray

They found my phone, had me paying for delivery to my home, and never sent it. My phone operates my medical device and they knew the emergency. They DO NOT reply emails ever, and keep bouncing me between people when I call them. International calls are extremely expensive. They are all face. Avoid.

I had an overall comfortable stay at this hotel however there were no halal options available and barely any vegetarian options - both at breakfast and in the in room dining menu. At the breakfast buffet, there was no clear labelling of which food is vegetarian friendly - only a few options had labelling and we noticed that this was not very reliable when we found sausage labelled as vegetarian when it clearly wasn't. For in room dining, we were shocked to see that a five star hotel chain "sold out" of pizza every day and we were only left with a couple of vegetarian options to order from. After realising this wasn't sustainable, we ended up eating out/ordering food from outside restaurants, which was very disappointing considering this shouldn't be the case for a five star hotel. We were also really disappointed with the way staff dealt with breakfast arrangements - every morning we were assigned and reserved a table only to find that the table was assigned to someone else upon our return from the buffet, leaving us lost and confused. This happened almost every day so this is clearly not a good way of organisation.

Lovely, spacious room with very comfortable bed. All still very new and everything was spotless so kudos to the housekeeping team. Great breakfast choice with delicious food. Check-in process could be smoother and more organised, however. The location is a bit away from the city centre but just what we wanted and it was close to loads of shopping centres so quite convenient.

Really fantastic hotel. Room was great comfy bed and fantastic shower. Loved the upgraded toilet seat. Good selection at breakfast gets busy after 8:30am so try and get down earlier.
