Thai people have a friendly disposition but a firm grip on free room upgrades even if the room sits empty and have no additional revenue potential, wouldn’t it be better to win some incredible customer experience and referrals and rave reviews if only the reception staff would grant a goodwill gesture when the client requests via email and in person several times. Once denied, it cannot be helped but be disappointed for the rest of the time after checking in was so unpleasant and unproductive. There was no good feeling of I have been treated extra special. Just another person. Again, the gentle Thai smile makes it hard to be angry or negative. So overall, nice enough.

10/10 service from the staff throughout our stay. The attention to detail is immaculate and they always had a smile on their faces. From morning when we leave until we return in the evening we felt so welcomed. This was our second stay at Indigo and apart from the amazing location our main reason for returning was the staff. From front desk, porters, room service, bar to breakfast, every single employee were EXCELLENT. We even got a box of chocolates from Australia for the front desk and left our alcoholic beverages for the porters. Next trip we will take an even better gift for the lovely staff of Indigo.

Fantastic hotel from the moment we walked in. Staff excellent, helpful and amenity. Hotel presentation of the highest quality and the rooms well appointed. Roof top pool provides an excellent view over Bangkok and a great place to relax. The location of the hotel we liked as well - quiet given its location surrounded by embassies and offices, but still very convenient with the BTS train a short walk with provides connection to most tourist attractions and plenty of shopping options in close proximity. Finally, the included breakfast was a nice start to the day, and a welcomed breakfast box at reception for us to take for our early morning flight was an extremely nice touch and gesture. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo as a place to stay in Bangkok
