Our stay at Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable enough for resting after long days out, though the hotel itself feels a bit dated and could benefit from more updated decor and a fresher aesthetic. Housekeeping did a very good job throughout our stay, and the staff were polite and kind, which we appreciated. The location is convenient and made getting around Bangkok easy, so overall it worked well for our trip.
