Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. The location is excellent, close to Phrom Phong BTS and major malls, making it very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. A special thanks to Neha, whose warm, professional, and attentive service truly stood out and made the stay even more pleasant. She even made us a special Masala Tea which made our day during breakfast time. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable. Great value in a prime location—would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, unfortunately not so vegan friendly. Luckily 2 employees helped us and transferred a terrible breakfast into a "okay" one. The hotel is pricey but the only thing that really matters, respect to the animal kingdom, almost nothing. Shame on you.

The place is very nice with a great view and excellent staff …. It would have been ice to have a microwave and the drinks you buy at the rooftop bar are expensive compared to other nice hotels and they also add a 10% gratuity …. Drink price turned me off from buying more than 1 or 2
