The room was nasty. It smelled bad. There were holes I. The walls and ceiling. Paint chipped everywhere. Wood around the floor was rotting. Hallway carpets covered in stains. Room numbers mismatched, non sequential and broken/missing. Lobby looked great but the room was old and decrepit. We didn’t stay the night. You could not pay me to sleep here. Disgusting.

Staff is awesome in this hotel, room was clean but the jucuzzi room door was broke. So the a/c didnt cool down your bedroom ....of course this was the jacuzzi room selection. Breakfast was cook especially with your eggs i believe its dont expect bacon or pork . Durning renovation we couldn't sleep because they were working on 6th floor and our room was in the 5th. Overall the area is awesome for shoping and eating. The gym is broke pool is okay.

This was probably once a seriously high end hotel but very little has been down to it in years. Dot that reason I really liked it. It's a bit lived in but the toy get what you pay for. Staff are superb.

I had a great time at this Hotel. The place looks clean and tidy, and staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is not in the middle of the city, so I'd recommend this place if you'd like to mingle with the locals.

Everything about the hotel and service was great, except for the food which on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it at 2. Room service food was terrible. Caesar salad and chili chicken stir fry basically inedible. All the staff were absolutely super. Room was great and overall service was 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay there again but not eat there.

WORST HOTEL EVER

I stayed at this hotel(king park avenue hotel) from 8 march 2019 to 10 march 2019.This hotel i NOT what they say on the website that it is. On my first night,I found COCKROACHES in the room, the washroom and shower was not clean at all(A LOT OF STAINS) I asked to have a room change, the new room was kind of in the same condition as the old. i was supposed to stay for 4 nights, i ended up staying for only 2, and since i did book a non-refundable booking, i did accept the loss. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO IS CLEAN.this is a 0.5 star hotel.

The ladies at the front that checked us in was pretty unprofessional and rude. They did not even greet us, looked at us like we were just wanderers. We also purchased our room which include free breakfast. The lady proceeded to try to argue with me that I was basically lying even when I showed her my receipt and full payment. I had to email her manager forwarding my documents over to him. We were not even given the specs of where breakfast will be served, I had to go down to grab out breakfast vouchers, not told where the gym or pool was. The only thing she was interested in was trying to sell us their specials. When we were in or out, they treated us like we were not patrons.
