Here’s a nicely written hotel review you can use: ⸻ I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. The room was big, clean, and very spacious, which made our stay comfortable. Although the room felt a little old in terms of decor, it was still well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety to start the day nicely. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms and helpful staff.

The building is dated. However, the front desk staff as well as the staff that occupies the restaurant are very professional and polite. However, housekeeping is another story. If you want your room clean, it heavily depends on which individual cleans it. I would rate the house cleaning 5 out of 10.

The room was huge! Only one window. Great A/C and the staff were fantastic! The area is the best and walkable to the other neighborhoods. It’s a little dated and needs some upkeep, but they are working on it.

Overall this Hotel is good and it is located in Sukhumvit 15, which is a 10 minutes slow walk from Asok BTS station ( Green Line E4 ) and Sukhumvit station (Blue Line BL22). The room is big, spaces, clean and the staff is friendly. Standard Breakfast are good but not much selection. 5 minutes walk to main road,, which there is a lot of restaurants and massage parlor. Opposite the main road, there is a night market. Not big but is good enough to walk around, enjoy, relax and have a beers. Basically, selection this hotel for holidays stay or business stay had no regrets. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A lot of the pictures online are taken professionally and it seems much brighter online. In person, it’s pretty dark even with all the lights on. Lights aren’t the problem, the problem is the smell and how it’s outdated. The smell is musty and the cleaners don’t vacuum the carpets everyday unless you ask them to. We even requested for an air purifier because that smell is VERY STRONG. The hotel looks good in pictures or from afar but l you’ll notice how it’s not updated and eveythings old and worn out. The bed sheets, blanket covers sometimes come stained with yellow spots or dark spots so you’ll have to double check and ask for change. Also the last 2 nights before leaving we had issues with the shower water turning hot and cold and from strong to weak. I only gave 2 star because 2 of the guy staff were actually super nice. Or else I would’ve given this place a 1 star.

Bathroom cabinet was all delaminating and lots of filler from previous repairs. Window iron railing in bathroom chipped and going rusty. Mould on the bottom of the shower door. Room just need a freshen up all over.
