Very disappointing, not worth the money. Bed sheets were dirty, hair and stains on the sheet. Hot water system was disfunction and I had to put up with a cold shower! Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The locstion’s a little inaccessible and taking a grab ride would take a while because drivers keep missing their turns BUT there’s also a 7-11 nearby which is one of the reasons why I like the hotel. The rooms are also well maintained and modern looking. Hotel staff are polite and kind. Will come back again!

Good but there is still room for improvement

Upon arrival, we were really pleased with the cleanliness and design of the hotel. But, just a few feedback on the general experience: - To improve the smell of the lobby area - Bad ventilation through the walkway to our rooms (very stuffy) - Taping works of the bathroom is not done well as water overflowed to the bedroom Considering that it is a new hotel, the basics were met - but could be further improved.
