There was some confusion on my behalf regarding which property I originally booked. It took the Hotel a few tries before they remedied the situation. You would think the property would want to upgrade a guest to a nicer room with a higher room rate?

This was a wonderful place to stay! Great facilities, super helpful staff, and in a great location just off a night time strip. Restaurants, shopping and similar just a short walk from the hotel. At one point we had an issue with a car booking and the desk staff helped translate and assist with sorting that out.

Another great stay at my favorite property in Bangkok. Iโ€™ve stayed here on a number of occasions and I will continue to do the same. They love me, and I love them. Except for the one woman in the restaurant that told me to go to my room and order room service because she wanted to close the restaurant.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional โ€“ truly some of the best service we've experienced. The amenities are top-notch. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the breakfast spread each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Room service was prompt and the food was excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable โ€“ everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Itโ€™s clear the hotel takes pride in every detail.
