Nice hotel, restaurant and pool area. However, it's hard to reach and despite being very close from the airport train and MRT, it's not walkable and requires a shuttle service that only runs once an hour

Overall was wonderful. They arranged a connecting room for my family. Nice big rooms. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Just have to improve on the tuktuk service more frequently is good.b

They broke my Suitecase in the Storage, when I was one week in Koh Samui After I came back to the Hotel my suitecase was broken. They told me that they wont pay for it and cant Tell if it was my fault ore the Hotel staff although I had pictures before I left where it was not broken and After I came when it was broken. Terrible guest Service ! Breaking someones Luggage and then not taking the responsibillite unbelivable.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok and this is the best one. The staff is really accommodating and the hotel is beautiful especially the breakfast and lunch buffet.
