I like it when places just leave you alone unless you actually ask for something unfortunately here no one answered the phone when dialing reception or room service. Staff were friendly and helpful when actually talking directly to them. The biggest downside was the WIFI was probably the worst I have come across in a decent hotel in BKK and for that reason I would not stay there again. If the WIFI is not important to you then it’s a good hotel.
