NYSA has the finest staff of any hotel in Bangkok. Food and beverage manager Mr Tum, Yumi, Cici, Noheen are all top notch. Yuii, Khun, Sai, Dorothy and Tutor at reception as well as the housekeeping and concierge staff are terrific. Clean l, modern and well run are hallmarks here

Great stay. Highly recommend. Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean and great staff. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Nice hotel bar. It's a great location, walking distance to everything and still quite. It will be my go to in that area of Bangkok from now on. And I've stayed at a lot of the hotels in downtown Bangkok near Soi 11.

This was our second year staying at this lovely hotel after our long flight and before our onward journey. The same as last year, check in was faultless, quick and easy, the staff were very efficient and welcoming. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant and would highly recommend it. The whole time we were there the staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and we look forward to hopefully repeating it next year.
