While the shuttle service worked well, this airport hotel failed to deliver in its most fundamental function. The walls are very poorly soundproofed. The amount of noise coming from the neighbouring room made it difficult to sleep. The neighbour was particulalry discourteous, but any amount of noise would have been heard.

Clean and simple accommodation about 20 minutes from the airport. There isn’t much to see or do in the surrounding area, but the shuttle bus is very convenient and makes getting to and from the airport easy. A comfortable and practical choice for an overnight stay In Bangkok.

Shuttle was top notch and the staff were excellent. The hotel is simple and bed/pillows were ok. The room was big and it was clean. Shower worked perfectly. If you only want this as a stop over around flights it will work just fine.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, decent breakfast included in the rate, as well as a reliable shuttle. I booked it for one night between flights at the start of a holiday and it worked out well. Based on my own recent experience, I would certainly recommend it as a good option for a sat close to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi.

A Little tricky to find shuttle , Had to figure out where Oriole Hotel was hanging ,find an attendant to get on a list to get called when Van arrived , should add to directions ,don't go outside , turn left inside at exit ,look for hotels signs , not individual names because there are hundreds!

The complimentary airport transportation was greatly appreciated. Check-in was easy even though it was in the overnight hours. The rooms are very basic, but very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also wonderful with a large variety of hot and cold selections to fit any international diet.

Discovered this hotel on my last trip. Hotel has free shuttle, breakfast, and is clean, with super nice stuff. Food and coffee are great (breakfast is on floor 6). Rooms and hallways are clean. It only takes 20-25 min to go to and from the airport. Great place to rest after a long trip. The only is that recently there is loud music played next door, couple of nights a week.
