The check in is great, staff are very helpful, common areas are clean and rooms are clean. Excellent breakfast, free airport shuttle, late arrival check in and late check out, all for a incredible price. I highly recommend this hotel and come here every stop in Bangkok.

Room was clean. Staff were on top of details and booked me the next morning shutte to airport. Morning breakfast was a variety of thai, western, chinese, and indian food. Location was further from the airport than I thought. Thankful for the 4 hour rest I got! A great hotel for short layovers.

The staff is great, especially the shuttle bus service is good and convenient. The room is spacious, but the AC vent blows directly to the bed head which requires to improve. Breakfast is general acceptable, will.be better with more choices.
