Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to access the MRT and BTS. The breakfast was well done. There were good food options for lunch and dinner nearby. The nearby Tops was convenient for snacks and miscellaneous grocery store things we needed.

This hotel felt very nice. Air Conditioning was great. The room and bathroom had a very nice feel to it. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to try and solve a problem I had with my foreign Eftpos Card. They even helped me install a local app so I could use taxis. Just amazing. There was also a pool on the roof I did not notice until the last day. The view is rather nice too. I'd definitely stay here again, although I would say it is more suited to couples than singles like myself. Only qualm is the place is a bit dark. If some extra natural light can be channelled into the rooms it would make it much nicer.

Beautiful property, very clean & quiet. Short walk to the MRT, a mall, and a ton of restaurants. Rooms were nice & clean and their breakfast menu was delicious!

First time at Passa Hotel. Loved the decor - the Chinese porcelain stools at the reception are superb although maybe not practical for a reception check in desk especially when travellers are coming from far and tired. I felt I might slip off. Also not disability friendly. Rooms are a bit small and could not get the AC temperature right. Also shower temperature could be warmer. All that said - good value for money and lovely welcoming staff.
