The part of the hotel I stayed in was old, the room was huge and very poorly furnished. The shower was not cleaned properly with a ton of hair stuck in the drain. Badly in need of a revamp.

Prior to my complaint they gave me a room with the non-working outlets and lights. Also, the floor tiles appear to be separating, causing tripping hazards in addition to the lack of working A/C and moldy smell. Not worth paying over $100 per night. This was a quality of a $15 per night hostel.

Excellent staff very helpful , courteous and highly professional. Rooms spotless, superb clean and very spacious and with comfortable bed. We had two TVs one in bedroom and another in the living area - so convenient. Close to Terminal 21 and other malls and shopping area. Great location. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Restaurant has huge selection of food with very reasonable price

A central location for Skytrain and Metro. Room is spacious, clean, very comfortable although furnishings are a bit old. Bathroom is large, modern and nice. Breakfast is also plentiful, variety and fresh. We would come back in the future.

This a great place. I've stayed here over the years in both the main wing and the residence wing. Staff is friendly and it's very quiet as well. Central location and close to the BTS. A great spot and excellent value.
