The lap pool looked nice and clean, but the rooms were very sparse, cracked walls, ants, and the sliding patio doors were all either stuck or very difficult to open with the glass coming almost out of the frame. One of our 3 rooms had a puddle of water that covered the floor completely, and one of our group went around to our rooms with a can of WD40 from the office for getting the patio doors to slide.

When we arrive. Staff said that the room the booked was not available. Even of it was booked and paid for in advance. Then got the room, was told from the staff that we need to move room upstairs that the room was we are staying in is given to someone else. It was terrible experience. Nothing like being harassed on your vacation

Front desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I went to ask if they had a fork because I ordered food and they didn’t include utensils and the lady at the first desk rudely suggested I go buy one from 7 eleven. Though I saw many dishes and utensils that were not being used at the time.

The location is a bit far from city. However, they had provide shuttle free services but only from 8am to 8 pm. The facility a bit no worth it such as the Aircon will suddenly stop when we are sleeping and the toilet flushes is mulfunction. Besides, due to the room is made by wood not brick, it is very noise when car or motorcycle is pass by and feel isomia. Not only that, even when people is swimming in early morning, we can heard a lot of noise. One of the best thing is staff are quite friendly

Disappointed... We arrived late becouse we Travel to Cambodia back late to Bangkok... When we arrived. They said room have problem, what's...?? And they give another room in another hotel... Its quite far, used many reason to tell what they did is right... Good things they give solution if not probably I will mad at time

Moldy remote hotel

The room was fool of mold and the smell was AWFUL. They've kindly changed to another room which was just the same. There is no parking lot at all so don't bring your car and there's no transportation to MRT after 8pm so if you wish to go, you'll have to walk along the dark creepy Hua Kwang back street for 20 minutes. The staffs were responsive and kind enough but the facility was just too bad.

Location is quite far away from the MRT Huai Kwang however they did provide free shuttle to send you there just when you come back to hotel either walk back from MRT or direct grab taxi back to hotel. Staff nice and explain nicely the question you ask.
