Room was superb, spacious, clean, well furnished, unfortunately although we'd asked for a 'high floor ' we were put on the third floor so our view was directly into a multi storey car park so unless you're on the opposite side or above the 8th floor that is going to be your view. Breakfast was ok though no hot stand for cooking omelettes or anything like that. Gym was very basic, half a dozen machines but it was empty so can't complain. Pool is good, there's about a dozen loungers which soon get taken up on sunny days. Location is very good, close to Sukhumvit and both the Metro and SkyTrain stations are a 5/10 minute walk, 15 minute walk to the Nana plaza, 10 minute walk to the mall. I would use again.

The room could have done with a deep clean, visible dirt on walls. The breakfast was fine, I stuck with the vegetarian options as there were no meat options for my ‘dietary requirements’. I recommend getting up early for breakfast as you’ll enjoy it more than later on when it gets very busy.

We stayed only two days, but everything was great — clean rooms and a really kind, helpful front desk. The staff handled our forgotten items from the safe box with amazing honesty. The restaurant downstairs is a must for anyone who loves real Thai cuisine!

The staff is friendly, and they handled my requests very effectively. When I reported the motorcycle noise issue in the morning and asked for changing to another room, the manager (a lady with long hair) offered support proactively and addressed it effectively. The doormen are friendly too. The room is spacious and cozy; I got an upgrade for my VIP status. They also offered free water each day.

Beyond wonderful, I always look for a good view and a clean room and I found it in Samala hotel. Upon check in I got upgraded to bigger room with no extra charge staff are amazing specially Rose the girl with a real Thai smile that welcome you to feel like you are the only person there. Loved the stay in quite street not far from shopping and night life area

Nice hotel, the bed was very comfortable, I was upgraded to a nice king room with bath tube that I really enjoyed. I only removed 1 star because of the restaurant but the hotel was great
